The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to enter the privy, and another boy and I would carry a small water vessel and a spear-tipped staff. He would cleanse himself with the water.Nadr and Shadhan followed him in narrating this from Shuba. The anazah is a staff with an iron tip at its end.
