Abu Musa fell gravely ill and lost consciousness, with his head resting in the lap of a woman from his family. She wailed loudly, but he was unable to respond to her. When he came to, he said, "I disassociate myself from those whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ disassociated himself from. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ disassociated himself from the woman who raises her voice in lamentation, the woman who shaves her head in grief, and the woman who tears her clothes in mourning."
