A man was standing with the Prophet ﷺ at Arafah when he fell from his mount. Ayub said, "It broke his neck," while Amr said, "It crushed him to death."So the Prophet ﷺ said, "Wash him with water and lote-leaves, shroud him in two garments, do not apply perfume to him, and do not cover his head, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection" — Ayub said, "reciting the talbiyah," and Amr said, "saying the talbiyah."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا حماد بن زيد عن عمرو وأيوب عن سعيد بن جبير
كان رجل واقف مع النبي ﷺ بعرفة فوقع عن راحلته قال أيوب فوقصته وقال عمرو فأقصعته فمات فقال اغسلوه بماء وسدر وكفنوه في ثوبين ولا تحنطوه ولا تخمروا رأسه فإنه يبعث يوم القيامة قال أيوب يلبي وقال عمرو ملبيا
