The Prophet ﷺ never omitted four units of prayer before Zuhr and two units before the morning prayer.Ibn Abu Adi and Amr followed him in narrating this from Shuba.
حدثنا مسدد قال حدثنا يحيى عن شعبة عن إبراهيم بن محمد بن المنتشر عن أبيه
أن النبي ﷺ كان لا يدع أربعا قبل الظهر وركعتين قبل الغداة تابعه ابن أبي عدي وعمرو عن شعبة
