Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

They set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey and made camp in groups, one group with so-and-so and another group with so-and-so. The narrator said, I camped with Abu Bakr's group, and with us was a Bedouin Arabi from the desert. We stopped at the dwelling of a Bedouin family among whom was a pregnant woman. The Arabi said to her, "Would it please you to give birth to a boy? If you give me a sheep, you will deliver a boy."So she gave him a sheep, and he chanted some rhymed incantations for her. He then slaughtered the sheep. When the people sat down to eat, a man said, "Do you know what this sheep is?" Then he told them.I saw Abu Bakr go off to relieve himself, sticking his finger down his throat to vomit it up.
