Jabir reported, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say three days before his death, 'None of you should die except while holding a good opinion of Allah.'"
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ قبل وفاته بثلاث يقول: لا يموتن أحدكم إلا وهو يحسن بالله الظن.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of the Description of Paradise and Hell (2877) from Yahya bin Yahya, who reported to us from Yahya bin Zakariya, from Amash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who mentioned it.
