Abdullah bin Masud reported,

We used to consider miraculous signs a blessing, while you consider them a means of intimidation. We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey when water became scarce. He said, "Search for whatever water is left."They brought a vessel containing a small amount of water. He placed his hand in the vessel and said, "Come to the blessed means of purification, and blessing comes from Allah."I saw the water gushing out from between the fingers of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and we used to hear the food glorifying Allah while it was being eaten.
