The Prophet ﷺ said, "People will be gathered in three groups. Some will come desiring and fearing, others will ride two on a camel, three on a camel, four on a camel, or ten on a camel. The rest will be driven together by the Fire, which will rest with them at midday wherever they rest, spend the night with them wherever they spend the night, be with them in the morning wherever they wake, and be with them in the evening wherever they reach evening."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: يحشر الناس على ثلاث طرائق: راغبين، راهبين واثنان على بعير، وثلاثة على بعير، وأربعة على بعير، وعشرة على بعير، ويحشر بقيتهم النار، تقيل معهم حيث قالوا، وتبيت معهم حيث باتوا، وتصبح معهم حيث أصبحوا، وتمسي معهم حيث أمسوا.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Softening of Hearts (6522), and Muslim in the Description of Paradise (2861), both from the hadith of Wahib, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, who mentioned it.Khattabi said, "The gathering mentioned in this hadith takes place before the establishment of the Hour, when people are gathered while still alive to Sham. As for the gathering that occurs after being raised from the graves, it differs from this scenario of riding camels and taking turns on them. Rather, it is what has been reported that they will be raised on the Day of Resurrection barefoot, naked, uncircumcised, and unable to speak. It has been said that this raising is distinct from the gathering, so there is no conflict or contradiction between the two hadiths." Alam Hadith (3/2269).Baghawi mentioned it in Sharh al-Sunnah (15/125) without attributing it to him.
