The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ibrahim will say on the Day of Resurrection, 'My Lord!'The Lord will reply, 'Here I am.'Ibrahim will say, 'Lord, my children have been burned!'He will say, 'Bring out of the Fire whoever has in his heart an atom's weight or a barley grain's weight of faith.'"
Ibn Hibban narrated it (7378) from Muhammad bin Hasan bin Mukarram, who said, "Shurayj bin Yunus narrated to us, who said, 'Marwan bin Muawiya narrated to us, who said, "Abu Malik Ashjai narrated to us, from Huzaifa," and he related it.'" Its isnad is sahih. On this subject there is also what was narrated from Rabi bin Harash, who said, "I met Abdullah bin Salam, and he said, 'Shall I not tell you a hadith that I find in the Book of Allah , "Allah brings a people out of the Fire, until even Ibrahim, the friend of Rahman, says, O Lord, You have burned my children, so they are brought out."'"Ibn Khuzayma narrated it in Tawhid (627), and Tabarani in Kabir (a fragment of part 13–14) (396), both from the hadith of Abu Dawud, who said, "Shuba narrated to us, from Mansur, from Rabi bin Harash, who said, 'I came to Madinah and met Abdullah bin Salam,'" and then he related it.Their wording is identical, except that in Tabarani's version Kharasha bin Hurr is mentioned. Haythami likewise mentioned this in Majma (10/381), attributing it to Tabarani and saying, "Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih collections."Kharasha bin Hurr was among the senior Tabiin, and he narrated from Abdullah bin Salam, while Rabi bin Harash narrated from him. I have not found that Rabi bin Harash narrated directly from Abdullah bin Salam, so it appears that Kharasha bin Hurr has dropped out of Ibn Khuzayma's isnad. Moreover, Abdullah bin Salam did not trace this back to the Prophet ﷺ.As for his statement, "I find it in the Book of Allah," he perhaps meant the Torah, since nothing like this is found in the Quran.
