Talq said, "I came to Madinah, and Abdullah bin Salam met me and said to me, 'Come with me to my home. I will give you a drink from a cup that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drank from, and you will pray in a mosque where the Prophet ﷺ prayed.' So I went with him, and he gave me sawiq to drink, fed me dates, and I prayed in his mosque."
قدمت المدينة، فلقيني عبد الله بن سلام، فقال لي: انطلق إلى المنزل، فأسقيك في قدح شرب فيه رسول الله ﷺ، وتصلي في مسجد صلى فيه النبي ﷺ، فانطلقت معه، فسقاني سويقا، وأطعمني تمرا، وصليت في مسجده.
