Hanash Sanani reported,

We went on a military expedition with Ruwayfi bin Thabit al-Ansari to a village in the Maghreb called Jarbah. He stood up to address us and said, "People, I will only say to you what I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. He stood among us on the day of Hunayn and said, 'It is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to water another man's crop with his own water,' meaning to have intercourse with pregnant captive women, 'nor to have intercourse with a previously married captive woman until he has verified she is not pregnant,' meaning after purchasing her, 'nor to sell any portion of the spoils until they have been distributed, nor to ride a beast from the spoils of the Muslims and then return it to the spoils once he has worn it out, nor to wear a garment from the spoils of the Muslims and then return it once he has worn it out.'"

عن حنش الصنعاني قال

غزونا مع رويفع بن ثابت الأنصاري قرية من قرى المغرب يقال لها: جربة، فقام فينا خطيبا فقال: أيها الناس إني لا أقول فيكم إلا ما سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: قام فينا يوم حنين فقال: لا يحل لامرئ يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر أن يسقي ماءه زرع غيره يعني إتيان الحبالى من السبايا وأن يصيب امرأة ثيبا من السبي حتى يستبرئها يعني إذا اشتراها وأن يبيع مغنما حتى يقسم، وأن يركب دابة من فيء المسلمين حتى إذا أعجفها ردها فيه، وأن يلبس ثوبا من فيء المسلمين حتى إذا أخلقه رده فيه.
