Mutai bin Aswad reported,

I heard the Prophet ﷺ say on the day of the conquest of Mecca, "No man of Quraysh shall be executed in bonds after this day until the Day of Resurrection."In another narration, it was added that none of the rebellious men of Quraysh had embraced Islam except Muti. His name had been al-Asi, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ renamed him Muti.
