The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The people will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment, and I and my nation will be upon a hill. My Lord will clothe me in a green garment, then permission will be granted to me, and I will say whatever Allah wills me to say. That is the praiseworthy station."
Imam Ahmad narrated it (15783), as did Tabarani in Kabir (19/72) and in Awsat (8797), and Ibn Jareer in his Tafsir (15/48). Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (6479), as did Hakim (2/363), all of them through routes from Zubaydi, from Zuhri, from Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Kaab bin Malik, from Kaab, and he mentioned it.Zubaydi is Muhammad bin Walid bin Amir. Its isnad is sahih, and Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Kaab bin Malik's hearing from his grandfather is established. Hafiz said in Tahdhib, "It occurs in Sahih Bukhari, in [the chapter on] jihad, that he explicitly stated hearing from his grandfather." Hakim said, "It is sahih according to the criteria of Bukhari and Muslim."Haythami mentioned it in Majma (7/51) and said, "Ahmad narrated it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih." He mentioned it in another place (10/377) and said, "Tabarani narrated it in Kabir and Awsat, and one of the two isnads in Kabir has narrators who are the narrators of the Sahih."
