Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

We were traveling with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ between Mecca and Medina when we passed by a valley. He asked, "What valley is this?"They replied, "The Valley of Azraq."He said, "It is as if I am looking at Musa ." He then mentioned something about his complexion and hair, which Dawud did not retain, with his fingers placed in his ears, raising his voice to Allah with the talbiyah, passing through this valley.In another wording, "It is as if I am looking at Musa descending from the mountain pass, raising his voice to Allah with the talbiyah."

عن ابن عباس قال

سرنا مع رسول الله ﷺ بين مكة والمدينة، فمررنا بواد فقال: أي واد هذا؟ فقالوا: وادي الأزرق. فقال: كأني أنظر إلى موسى عليه السلام فذكر من لونه وشعره شيئا- لم يحفظه-داود واضعا إصبعيه في أذنيه له جوار إلى الله بالتلبية، مارا بهذا الوادي… وفي لفظ: كأني أنظر إلى موسى عليه السلام هابطا من الثنية وله جوار إلى الله بالتلبية.
