The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The distance across my pond is like the distance between Aylah and Mudar. Its vessels are more numerous than the stars of the sky," or he said, "equal to the number of stars in the sky. Its water is sweeter than honey, whiter than milk, colder than ice, and more fragrant than musk. Whoever drinks from it will never thirst again."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: بين حوضي كما بين أيلة ومضر، آنيته أكثر- أو قال: مثل- عدد نجوم السماء، ماؤه أحلى من العسل، وأشد بياضا من اللبن، وأبرد من الثلج، وأطيب ريحا من المسك، من شرب منه لم يظمأ بعده.
Imam Ahmad (23317) and Bazzar (2911) both narrated it through Abdul-Samad bin Abdul-Warith, who said, Hammad narrated to us, from Asim, from Zirr, from Huzaifa, and he mentioned it.Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Asim, who is Ibn Bahdala, for his hadith is hasan. Ibn Abu Asim narrated it in Sunnah (724, 725) through two routes, Zaida and Hammad bin Salama, both from Asim with his chain, as a stopped narration (mawquf), and the ruling goes to the one who added something, and something like this could not be said as a mere opinion.
