The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The earth consumes every part of the son of Adam except the tailbone. From it he was created, and from it he will be reassembled."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: كل بن آدم يأكله. التراب إلا عجب الذنب منه خلق وفيه يركب.
Muslim reported it in the Chapters on Tribulations (2955), from Qutayba bin Saeed, who said, "Mughira, meaning Al-Hizami, narrated to us," from Abu Zinad, from Araj, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it.
