The Prophet ﷺ said, "The distance between the two sides of my Pool is like the distance between Sanaa and Medina."In another narration, "Or like the distance between Medina and Amman."In another narration, "The distance between the two edges of my Pool."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: ما بين ناحيتي حوضي كما بين صنعاء والمدينة. وفي رواية: أو مثل ما بين المدينة وعمان. وفي رواية: ما بين لابتي حوضي.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Virtues (2303) through several chains from Mutamir, who said, I heard my father, Qatada narrated to us, from Anas, and he mentioned it.The second narration is also found there, transmitted through two chains from Hisham and Abu Awana, both from Qatada.The third narration is also found there, and this wording belongs to Abu Awana.
