Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Injustices (2480) from Abdullah bin Yazid, who said, Saeed bin Abu Ayub told us, he said, Abu Aswad told me, from Ikrima, from Abdullah bin Amr, and he mentioned it.Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith (141) through the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq (and it is in his Musannaf, 18568), who said, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said, Sulayman Ahwal informed me that Thabit, the freed slave of Umar bin Abdul-Rahman, informed him that when the dispute arose between Abdullah bin Amr and Anbasah bin Abu Sufyan, they prepared themselves for battle. Khalid bin Aas rode out to Abdullah bin Amr and admonished him, so Abdullah bin Amr said, "Do you not know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said," and he mentioned it.
