Abu Dawud (2545), Tirmidhi (1695), and Ahmad (2454) narrated it through various routes from Shayban bin Abdul-Rahman, who said, "Isa bin Ali bin Abdullah bin Abbas narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn Abbas," who said, then he mentioned it.Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan gharib hadith, we do not know it except through this route, from the hadith of Shayban."It is as he said, for Isa bin Ali bin Abdullah bin Abbas, Abu Abbas, also known as Abu Musa, was from Madinah and then settled in Baghdad. Ibn Main said, "There was nothing wrong with him, he had an excellent way of life, and he kept away from the ruler," and he narrated this hadith, which is gharib, meaning by that the hadith mentioned above. Ibn Abu Hatim likewise mentioned, on the authority of his father, that this hadith is sahih. See Ilal Hadith (978)."Yumn" means blessing. "Shuqr," with a damma followed by a sukun, is the plural of "ashqar" (chestnut-colored), its explanation having come in the chapter on the virtue of horses.
