The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever establishes the prayer, gives the zakat, and dies without associating anything with Allah, it is a right upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to forgive him, whether he emigrated or died in the place of his birth."We said, "Messenger of Allah, shall we not inform the people of this so that they may rejoice at the news?"He replied, "Paradise has one hundred levels, and between every two levels is a distance like that between heaven and earth. Allah has prepared them for those who strive in His path. Were it not that I would impose hardship on the believers, and that I cannot find mounts for them all, and that they cannot bear to be left behind after me, I would never stay back from any military expedition. I would love to be killed, then brought back to life, then killed again."
Nasai (3132) narrated it from Harun bin Muhammad bin Bakkar bin Bilal, who said, Muhammad bin Isa bin Qasim bin Samee narrated to us, Zayd bin Waqid narrated to us, Busr bin Ubaydullah narrated to me, from Abu Idris Khawlani, from Abu Darda, and he related it.Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Harun bin Muhammad and his teacher Muhammad bin Isa, for the two of them are of hasan status in hadith transmission.
