The Prophet ﷺ said, "Some people from my nation will drink wine, calling it by other than its name."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: يشرب ناس من أمتي الخمر يسمونها بغير اسمها.
Nasai (5658) and Ahmad (18073) narrated it via Shuba, from Abu Bakr bin Hafs, who said, "I heard Ibn Muhayriz relating from a man among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ," and he mentioned it. Its isnad is sahih, and Ibn Muhayriz is Abdullah bin Muhayriz bin Junada.
