Ayesha reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Ayesha, my eyes sleep but my heart does not sleep."
قالت: قال النبي ﷺ: يا عائشة، إن عينيي تنامان ولا ينام قلبي.
Malik narrated it in the Book of Night Prayer (9), from Saeed bin Abu Saeed Maqburi, from Abu Salama bin Abdul-Rahman bin Awf, that he asked Ayesha, "How was the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during Ramadan?" She replied, (and she mentioned the hadith in full), which will come in its place.Bukhari also narrated it in the Book of Tarawih Prayer (1147), and Muslim in the Book of Travelers' Prayer (738), both of them through the hadith of Malik with his chain of transmission.
