Muslim narrated it in the Book of Judgments (1712) via Zayd bin Hubab, who said, Sayf bin Sulayman told me, Qays bin Saad informed me, from Amr bin Dinar, from Ibn Abbas, and he related it.Abu Dawud also narrated it (3609) through another route, from Abdul-Razzaq, who said, Muhammad bin Muslim informed us, from Amr bin Dinar, with his chain and its meaning. Salama said in his version of the hadith, Amr said, "concerning rights." This is Amr's own statement, not part of what Ibn Abbas said.
