Abu Musa Ashari reported,

Two men brought a dispute to the Prophet ﷺ concerning a piece of land, one of them from the people of Hadramawt. The Prophet ﷺ required one of them to take an oath.The other man cried out, "He will take my land away from me!"The Prophet ﷺ said, "If he seizes it by his oath unjustly, he will be among those Allah will not look at on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify him, and he will have a painful punishment."At this, the other man became fearful and returned the land.

عن أبي موسى قال

اختصم رجلان إلى النبي ﷺ في أرض، أحدهما من أهل حضر موت. قال: فجعل يمين أحدهما، قال: فضح الآخر، وقال: إنه إذا يذهب بأرضي، فقال: إن هو اقتطعها بيمينه ظلما، كان ممن لا ينظر الله عز وجل إليه يوم القيامة، ولا يزكيه، وله عذاب أليم قال: وورع الآخر فردها.
