The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of war spoils before they are divided, the intercourse with pregnant captive women until they give birth to what is in their wombs, and the eating of the flesh of every predatory animal with fangs.
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن بيع المغانم حتى تقسم، وعن الحبالى أن يوطأن، حتى يضعن ما في بطونهن، وعن لحم كل ذي ناب من السباع.
Nasai (4645), Daraqutni (3/68–69), and Hakim (1372) all narrated it from the hadith of Ahmad bin Hafs bin Abdullah, who said, my father narrated to me, who said, Ibrahim bin Tahman narrated to me, from Yahya bin Saeed Ansari, from Amr bin Shuayb, from Abdullah bin Abu Najeeh, from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas, and he related it.Hakim said, "Sahih in isnad, though the two of them did not transmit it in this wording."I say, its isnad is hasan because of Amr bin Shuayb, for his isnad is hasan.
