The Prophet ﷺ said, "A woman should not be in close physical contact with another woman and then describe her to her husband as if he were looking at her himself."
قال النبي ﷺ: لا تباشر المرأة المرأة، فتنعتها لزوجها كأنه ينظر إليها.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Marriage (5240) from Muhammad bin Yusuf, who said, Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur, from Abu Waail, from Abdullah bin Masud, and he mentioned it. He also narrated it (5241) through another route from Abu Waail with similar wording. Nasai added, through the route of Masruq, from Ibn Masud, "nor should a man touch a man." In the hadith of Saeed, the qualification is mentioned, namely "the single garment," as will come later.This hadith establishes the prohibition of the skin of two women touching each other, and likewise the skin of two men touching each other, without a barrier, under a single garment, because this may lead to touching one another's private parts, or arousing desire between them. Ultimately, it could lead to the meeting of their circumcised parts with one another.As for his saying, "describing her to her husband," this is out of fear that the husband might become pleased by the description mentioned, and so divorce his own wife, or become infatuated with the woman being described.
