The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not intercept goods being brought to market. Whoever intercepts them and buys from the seller, the seller retains the right to cancel the sale once he reaches the market."
إن رسول الله ﷺ قال: لا تلقوا الجلب، فمن تلقاه فاشترى منه، فإذا أتى سيده السوق فهو بالخيار.
Muslim reported it in the Book of Sales (1519:17), from Ibn Abu Umar, who said, Hisham bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said, Hisham Qurdusi informed me, from Ibn Sirin, who said, I heard Abu Hurairah, and he then mentioned the hadith.
