Uthman bin Abdullah reported,

We were on a journey, and Ibn Umar was with us, so I asked him, and he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ not perform any voluntary prayer during travel, neither before the obligatory prayer nor after it."He said, "I also asked Ibn Umar about selling fruits, and he said, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruits until the blight has passed.'"I asked, "Abu Abdul-Rahman, when does the blight pass, and what is the blight?"He replied, "The rising of the Pleiades."
