The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not sell one Dinar for two Dinars, nor one dirham for two dirhams."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: لا تبيعوا الدينار بالدينارين، ولا الدرهم بالدرهمين.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Musaqah (1585) via Ibn Wahb, who said, Makhrama told me, from his father, who said, I heard Sulayman bin Yasar say that he heard Malik bin Abu Amir narrate from Uthman bin Affan, and he mentioned it.
