Anas reported that the Prophet ﷺ passed by some people who were pollinating their date palms. He said, "If they did not do this, the dates would still turn out fine."The dates that season came out poor and shriveled. He passed by them again and asked, "What is wrong with your palm trees?"They replied, "You said such and such."He said, "You know better about the affairs of your worldly life."
