I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Measure your food, and it will be blessed for you."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: كيلوا طعامكم يبارك لكم فيه.
Ibn Majah (2231) narrated it from Hisham bin Ammar, who said, Ismail bin Ayyash narrated to us, who said, Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Yahsubi narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Busr Al-Mazini, and he mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Ismail bin Ayyash, for his narration is hasan when he narrates from the people of his own land, the Syrians, and Al-Yahsubi was from Homs.
