Tabarani related it in Al-Kabir (4/35) from Ahmad bin Ali Jarudi Isbahani, who said, Muhammad bin Sahl Abu Sahl Basri told us. (Another chain): Husayn bin Ishaq Tustari told us, Ishaq bin Ibrahim Sawwaf told us, both said, Abu Haytham Khalaf bin Haytham Nahshali Qassar told us, Ghassan bin Aghar Nahshali told us, my uncle Ziyad bin Husayn told me, from his father, and he related it.Nasai (5065) related it through another route, from Salit bin Muhammad, who said, Ghassan bin Aghar told us with his chain in shortened form, without any mention of the trade transaction.Khalaf bin Haytham has another corroborating narration. Bukhari related it in Al-Kabir (1/3), and Abu Naeem in Al-Marifah (2/843), both through Musa bin Ismail, who said, Ghassan told us the same, except that he mentioned camels instead of wheat.Ghassan bin Aghar Nahshali was not deemed reliable by anyone except Ibn Hibban, and for this reason Hafiz said in Taqrib, "Acceptable." And indeed he is so, for he was corroborated by Nuaym bin Husayn Sadusi, who said, my uncle told me, from my grandfather, who said, I came to Madinah with camels of mine, and he related something similar.The mention of camels does not contradict the mention of wheat, since it is possible to combine both for sale. Bazzar related it, Kashf Astar (1273), from Abdullah bin Muawiya, who said, Nuaym bin Husayn Sadusi told us. Through these routes, this isnad is hasan.His saying, "Deal well in trading with the Bedouin," means, do not cheat them, since they have little knowledge of commercial markets.
