We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage. When we had completed the Hajj, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me with Abd al-Rahman bin Abu Bakr to Tan'eem, where I performed Umrah.
خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ عام حجة الوداع… فلما قضينا الحج أرسلني رسول الله ﷺ مع عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر إلى التنعيم، فاعتمرت.
Bukhari narrated it in the book of Hajj (1556), and Muslim in the book of Hajj (1211:111), both of them through Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Urwa, from Ayesha, with this wording.
