The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah 
takes pride before His angels on the evening of Arafah in those gathered at Arafah, saying, 'Look at My servants who have come to Me dishevelled and dust-covered.'"

أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول: إن الله عز وجل يباهي ملائكته عشية عرفة بأهل عرفة، فيقول: انظروا إلى عبادي أتوني شعثا غبرا.

Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Azhar bin Qasim, for he is truthful.Haythami said in Al-Majma (3/250), Ahmad and Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir and Al-Saghir, and the men in Ahmad's chain are trustworthy.
