Tawus bin Kaysan reported,
I heard Ibn Umar say, "She does not depart." Then later I heard him say, "The Prophet ﷺ granted them a concession."

Bukhari narrated it in the Hajj chapter (1760, 1761) from Muslim (he is Ibn Ibrahim Farahidi), who said, Wahib (he is Ibn Khalid) narrated to us, who said, Ibn Tawus (he is Abdullah) narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn Abbas 
, who said, "A menstruating woman was permitted to leave once she had performed the tawaf of ifadah." He said, "And I heard Ibn Umar saying," then he mentioned it.
