He performed the pilgrimage with Ibn Masud and saw him throw seven pebbles at the largest Jamrah, placing the Kaaba on his left and Mina on his right. Then he said, "This is the standing place of the one upon whom Surat al-Baqarah was revealed ﷺ."
أنه حج مع ابن مسعود فرآه يرمي الجمرة الكبرى بسبع حصيات، فجعل البيت عن يساره ومنى عن يمينه، ثم قال: هذا مقام الذي أنزلت عليه سورة البقرة ﷺ.
