I was among those whom the Prophet ﷺ sent ahead on the night of Muzdalifa with the weaker members of his family.
أنا ممن قدم النبي ﷺ ليلة المزدلفة في ضعفة أهله.
Bukhari narrated it in the book of Hajj (1678), and Muslim in the book of Hajj (1293), both of them through Sufyan bin Uyayna, who said, Ubaydullah bin Abu Yazid narrated to us, that he heard Ibn Abbas say (as mentioned above). The wording given is that of Bukhari, and Muslim's wording is close to it. Bukhari also narrated it in the book of the penalty for hunting (1856), and Muslim (in the same place), both of them through Hammad bin Zayd, from Ubaydullah bin Abu Yazid, with a similar wording.
