The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have offered the sacrifice here, but all of Mina is a place of sacrifice, so offer your sacrifices at your camps. I have stood here, but all of Arafah is a standing place. I have stood here, but all of Jam is a standing place."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: نحرت ههنا ومنى كلها منحر، فانحروا في رحالكم، ووقفت ههنا وعرفة كلها موقف، ووقفت ههنا وجمع كلها موقف.
Muslim narrated it in the chapter on Hajj (1218: 149), from Umar bin Hafs bin Ghiyath, who said, "My father narrated to us, from Jafar," (who is the son of Muhammad bin Ali bin Husayn bin Ali bin Abu Talib), "my father narrated to me, from Jabir," with this same wording.
