I have not stopped touching these two corners, the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone, since I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ touching them, neither in hardship nor in ease.
ما تركت استلام هذين الركنين اليماني والحجر منذ رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يستلمهما في شدة ولا رخاء.
Bukhari narrated it in the book of Hajj (1606), and Muslim narrated it in the book of Hajj (1268), both through Yahya Qattan, from Ubaydullah (that is, Ibn Umar), from Nafi, from Ibn Umar. The wording given is Muslim's.In another narration, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi, he said, "I saw Ibn Umar touch the stone with his hand, then kiss his hand." And he said, "I have not stopped doing this since I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do it."
