Anas bin Malik reported,
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ enter the state of ihram for both together, saying, "Labbayk for Amra and Hajj, labbayk for Amra and Hajj."

Muslim narrated it in the Hajj chapter (1251), from Yahya bin Yahya, who reported to us from Hushaym, from Yahya bin Abu Ishaq, Abdul-Aziz bin Suhayb, and Humayd, that they heard Anas 
say (and he related it).
