We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ until, when we were at Usfan, Suraqa bin Malik al-Mudliji said to him, "Messenger of Allah, give us a ruling as though we were people just born today."He said, "Allah the Exalted has included an Umra for you within this Hajj of yours. So when you arrive, whoever performs Tawaf around the House and between Safa and Marwa has come out of ihram, except for one who has a sacrificial animal with him."
خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ حتى إذا كان بعسفان قال له سراقة بن مالك المذلحي: يا رسول الله، اقض لنا قضاء قوم كأنما ولدوا اليوم. فقال: إن الله تعالى قد أدخل عليكم في حجكم هذا عمرة، فإذا قدمتم فمن تطوف بالبيت وبين الصفا والمروة فقد حل إلا من كان معه هدي.
Abu Dawud (1801) narrated it from Hannad bin Sari, who said, Ibn Abu Zaida told us, Abdul-Aziz bin Umar bin Abdul-Aziz informed us, Rabi bin Sabra told me, from his father, and he related it.Abdul-Razzaq (14041) also narrated it, and from him Imam Ahmad (15345), from Maamar, who said, Abdul-Aziz bin Umar informed me, with his chain of transmission, at length. It will be mentioned in its place.
