Abdullah bin Umar reported,

Ibn Umar said, "This Bayda of yours, about which you tell lies concerning the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered ihram only from the mosque," meaning Dhul-Hulayfah.In another narration, whenever Ibn Umar was asked, "Does ihram begin from al-Bayda?" he would reply, "Al-Bayda, about which you tell lies concerning the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered ihram only from beside the tree, the moment his camel rose to its feet."
