Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said to him, "My sister vowed to perform Hajj, but she has died."The Prophet ﷺ asked, "If she had a debt, would you pay it off?"He replied, "Yes."The Prophet said, "Then fulfill what is owed to Allah, for Allah has the greater right to be repaid."

عن ابن عباس، قال

أتى رجل النبي ﷺ فقال له: إن أختي قد نذرت أن تحج وإنها ماتت؟ فقال النبي ﷺ: لو كان عليها دين أكنت قاضيه؟ قال: نعم. قال: فاقض الله فهو أحق بالقضاء.
