I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drinking from a waterskin on the Day of Arafah.

Tabarani narrated it in al-Kabir (18/275) through two routes from Hafs bin Ghiyath, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ata, from Ibn Abbas, from Fadl bin Abbas, and he related it. Its isnad is sahih, except that Ibn Jurayj is a mudallis and he narrated with an "an" formula, but what preceded it strengthens it. Haythami said in al-Majma (3/189), "Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih." What is apparent from this is that Fadl bin Abbas knew that the Prophet ﷺ had drunk milk on the day of Arafah at Arafah, but then he forgot and fasted, so his brother reminded him and he broke his fast.
