I do not know of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ever reciting the entire Quran in a single night, nor standing in prayer through an entire night until morning, nor fasting a complete month other than Ramadan.
لا أعلم رسول الله ﷺ قرأ القرآن كله في ليلة واحدة، ولا قام ليلة حتى الصباح، ولا صام شهرا كاملا قط غير رمضان.
Nasai (2182) narrated it from Harun bin Ishaq, from Abda, from Saeed bin Abu Aruba, from Qatada, from Zurara bin Awfa, from Saad bin Hisham, from Ayesha, and he related it.Muslim narrated it in the Book of Prayer (746), and Ahmad (24269) narrated it through other routes from Ibn Abu Aruba, within a lengthy account concerning Saad bin Hisham. Part of it has already been given in the Book of Prayer.
