I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever receives a kindness from his brother without having asked for it or longed for it, let him accept it and not refuse it, for it is only provision that Allah has driven to him."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ قال: من بلغه معروف عن أخيه من غير مسألة ولا إشراف نفس فليقبله ولا يرده فإنما هو رزق ساقه الله عز وجل إليه.
Ahmad (17936), Abu Yaala (925), and Tabarani (4124) all narrated it via Abdullah bin Yazid Muqri, who said, Saeed bin Abu Ayub told us, Abu Aswad told me, from Bukayr bin Abdullah, from Busr bin Saeed, from Khalid bin Adi, and he mentioned it. Its chain of transmission is sahih, and Ibn Hibban (3404) and Hakim (2/62) also graded it sahih, both from this same route. Hakim said, "This is a hadith sahih in its chain of transmission." Abu Aswad is Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Nawfal Asadi, one of the narrators found in all the major hadith collections.
