The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every human being from the children of Adam was created with three hundred and sixty joints. Whoever glorifies Allah with takbir, praises Allah, declares Allah's oneness, exalts Allah with tasbih, seeks Allah's forgiveness, removes a stone from the people's path, or a thorn or a bone from the people's path, enjoins what is right, or forbids what is wrong, equal to the number of those three hundred and sixty joints, will walk that day having moved himself away from the Fire."
إن رسول الله ﷺ قال: إنه خلق كل إنسان من بني آدم على ستين وثلاث مائة مفصل، فمن كبر الله وحمد الله وهلل الله وسبح الله واستغفر الله وعزل حجرا عن طريق الناس أو شوكة أو عظما عن طريق الناس وأمر بمعروف أو نهي عن منكر عدد تلك الستين والثلاث مائة السلامى فإنه يمشي يومئذ وقد زحزح نفسه عن النار.
Muslim reported it in the Book of Zakat (1007), from Hasan bin Ali Hulwani, who said, Abu Tuba Rabi bin Nafi narrated to us, who said, Muawiya (meaning Ibn Salam) narrated to us, from Zayd, that he heard Abu Salam say, Abdullah bin Faruq narrated to me, that he heard Ayesha, and he mentioned the hadith.
