The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no zakat on fewer than five camels, nor anything due on four. When the number reaches five, one sheep is due, up to nine. When it reaches ten, two sheep are due, up to fourteen. When it reaches fifteen, three sheep are due, up to nineteen. When it reaches twenty, four sheep are due, up to twenty-four. When it reaches twenty-five, a one-year-old she-camel (bint makhad) is due, up to thirty-five. If a bint makhad is not available, then a two-year-old male camel (ibn labun) is acceptable. If the number increases by one more camel, a two-year-old she-camel (bint labun) is due, up to forty-five. If it increases by one more, a three-year-old she-camel (hiqqah) is due, up to sixty. If it increases by one more, a four-year-old she-camel (jadhaah) is due, up to seventy-five. If it increases by one more, two bint labun are due, up to ninety. If it increases by one more, two hiqqahs are due, up to one hundred and twenty. Beyond that, for every fifty there is a hiqqah, and for every forty a bint labun."
Ibn Majah (1799) narrated it from Muhammad bin Aqeel bin Khuwaylid Nisaburi, who said, Hafs bin Abdullah Sulami told us, who said, Ibrahim bin Tahman told us, from Amr bin Yahya bin Umara, from his father, from Abu Saeed Khudri, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Muhammad bin Aqeel bin Khuwaylid. Nasai deemed him trustworthy, but Hakim Abu Ahmad said, "He narrated two hadiths from Hafs bin Abdullah that were not corroborated by anyone else." It is also said that one hadith became mixed into another for him, though he was one of the noble, trustworthy narrators.I say, this hadith he did not err in, Allah willing, because it agrees with the hadith of Anas.
