He also mentioned, with a suspended chain, from Ata bin Saaib, in mursal form, that the Prophet ﷺ gave the taslim over the funeral prayer only once.Abu Dawud also gave it a connected chain in his Marasil (408), by way of Abu Ishaq Fazari, from Ata bin Saaib, and he mentioned it. Abu Ishaq is not among those who narrated from Ata before his memory became confused.
