The Prophet ﷺ said, "No vein ever throbs in pain upon a believer except that Allah, by means of it, removes from him a sin, records for him a good deed, and raises him a degree in rank."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: ما ضرب على مؤمن عرق الله قط، إلا حط الله عنه به خطيئة، وكتب له حسنة، ورفع له درجة.

Tabarani narrated it in Awsat (1157, Majma Bahrayn), and Hakim (1/347), both of them through Imran bin Zayd, from Abdul-Rahman bin Qasim, from Salim, from Ayesha, as I mentioned it. Hakim said, "Sahih al-isnad, and Imran bin Zayd Taghlibi is a shaykh from the people of Kufa." Haythami said in Majma (2/304), "Its isnad is hasan."I say, Imran bin Zayd, also said to be bin Yazid, there is some discussion about him. Ibn Main said, "His hadith is not relied upon." Abu Hatim said, "His hadith is written down, but he is not strong." Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Thiqat. Ibn Adi said, "He has little hadith." Dhahabi graded his hadith sahih in Mukhtasar, but said in Kashif that there is disagreement about him. The conclusion is that there is no harm in him as a corroborating witness, and there are many hadiths with a similar meaning.
